Sports and Fun in the SUMMER

Terenten offers a wide selection of well-maintained hiking trails, especially in the field of Tiefrastenhütte (2,312 m) mountain climbers and hikers will find many worthwhile tours. The mill trail, the pyramids and the biotope "Pichner moss" are a special incentive for a nice cozy circular walk especially with children.

Our farm is located directly at the bus stop to make a good starting point to cities such as hohliegenden Bruneck and hikes! You may be able to discover the Pusteria via public transport!


Terenten in 2010, is pleased to traditional delicacies and the rural culture of the Pusteria Terenten and make tangible and enjoyable to be allowed to!

WINTER HOLLIDAYS in Terenten

In winter free of charge ski bus takes the guests from Terenten to the Nr.1 ski resort in South Tyrol - Kronplatz. With over 100 km of slopes and modern lifts is the 2,275 m high Kronplatz, the perfect ski mountain for skiers and snowboarders. Who loves the sun and enjoys the long downhill can choose between 3 directions and the spacious sunny plateau on the top. The Kronplatz achieved in the 2009/2010 season, the third place between 650 tested areas and child-friendly winter destinations in the Alps (Source: ADAC).

In the area surrounding Terenten you have a large variety of winter sports to choose from: ice skating, sledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing...

Terenten has a ski lift in the center: Terenten panoramic lift (900 m)! It belongs to Skirama-Kronplatz and Dolomiti Superski. It is an ideal ski area for beginners and great fun for children, with a small bar sink. Night skiing under the lights every Tuesday (with slalom) and Thursday from 19.30 bis 22.00 o'Clock.

• Ice skating and curling - Natural ice rink in the village center
  You can book the rink and rent skating schoes in the Sportbar Terenten


• Croos Country Skiing - in the center of the village
  In the vilage center there is a classic cross-country track with of a 7km lang. The trail is accessible anytime. Difficulty: medium


• Cross-country skiing and winter walking bus
  Every Wednesday a bus that takes skiers and hikers with in a popular cross-country area. After the skiing or hiking cottage retreats and musical entertainment with Siegfried will be organized. Here are some of the areas: Anthotz, Pure Tures, Prague, St. Vigil, Rodenecker Alm, Plätzwiese ...


• Snowshoeing
  Every Wednesday organize the Tourist Association winter walks through a dreamy landscape of snow by snow-covered forests and high alpine meadows. Walking with snowshoes is as easy as walking in the summer. "Pure nature - enjoy Winter sun and freschness" - hiking differently.

• Sledding
  - Sledding track in the center, freely access (evening lights on demand)
  - Sledding on the snow mountain: Pertinger Alm - Nunnewieser, 4 km (sled rental directly on the Pertinger Alm)
