• The prices quoted are per day and apartment with an occupancy of 2 adults. It includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water and electricity, final cleaning and all fees and taxes, except the local tax. This is € 2,10 per day and person (from the age of 14) and is collected on site.
• For each additional person the daily rates are as follows:
  14 and up: € 18.00
  6 – 13 years: € 12.00
  0 – 5 years: € 8.00
• For short stays of up to three nights, we charge a surcharge of € 20.00 per apartment and day.
• Best price guarantee:
  We guarantee you will get your stay at the best price by booking directly on this website. Nowhere else will you get it cheaper on the same terms.

A booking becomes binding once you have placed your booking order in writing and we have confirmed it in writing.

Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount owed for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation on our part. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The following cancellation conditions also apply:

Cancellation conditions according to Article 1382 Swiss Civil Code (ZGB)
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Article 1382 Swiss Civil Code (ZGB):
The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation no later than 7 days before the day of arrival, 60% of the agreed total price is due, in the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival, 80% of the agreed total price is due.
If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
Please inform us in good time if you cannot make use of your holiday.

Holiday cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out the “Roter Hahn Cancellation Protection” when you book your stay. This means that the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries. Payment methods
You can pay your bill by bank transfer or in cash.

• We love animals. However, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
• Check-in / Check-out
  The apartments are ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you will arrive after 19:00, we request that you let us know.
  Check-out: We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• Non-smoking
  Since we are a non-smoking establishment, smoking is only permitted on the balconies or terraces. Thank you for your understanding.
